Do you know its name?
camboy
The pretty caterpillar is Mullein larva.
ReplyDeleteCheers Roger - I have been at the Oxford Bioblitz with Lew who was running a feather identification board and of course he absolutely stunned us with this other element of his phenomenal birding knowledge. For once you were unable to help us with your marvellous photography skills, as the next Oxford Times article, this time by Clackers, is about the recent Corncrake & Quail on Otmoor, and unusually you have nothing good enough in the archives but Lew saved the day by letting us use his superb Corncrake illustration.
